1 Roma (Plum) Tomato, thinly sliced (PR1980)
1/4 cup Roasted Yellow Bell Pepper (PR1569)**
1/4 cup Sliced Artichokes, (PR0110)
1 slice Red Onion (PR1390)
Spread Caesar dressing inside pita bread pocket. Layer spinach leaves, turkey, tomato, pepper, artichokes and red onion in pita pocket.**To roast a pepper, broil or grill 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently until blackened. Place in a covered bowl and let stand 5 minutes.
