2) Browse through the hundreds of items in the order guide and indicate your purchase commitment for the 8-week ship period from May 2nd-June 24th.
3) Turn in your order guide to your Jake’s Account Manager and place your weekly orders as you normally would, plus any additional items that you want to test on your menu!
4) Take delivery of any of the qualifying items from the order guide during the promotional ship period and earn Casino Points on every purchase!
