Our Ministry
At Jake’s Finer Foods, we believe this company is God’s company. We are grateful to steward Jake’s and view the “business as a ministry.” Our ministry vision is “to intentionally love, serve and minister to our team members, business partners, and community, so lives are impacted and people come to know Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him as their Lord and Savior.”
We know ministry can happen in many different ways, so we have a Director of Ministry on staff to help guide and grow our efforts. We want our giving to be a sign of our faith, whether it be monetary or of our time. Sure, we pray with and for our team, but we also give a percentage of our profits to a variety of Christian and local organizations and causes.

We believe in “Feeding the future of Texas for a better tomorrow.” That’s why we set a goal to provide 500,000 meals over the next three years through our partnership with Kids’ Meals. In partnership with our vendors and the Sports Catalyst organization, we were blessed to send an entire cargo container of food and supplies to assist the refugee camps surrounding Ukraine.
During the holidays, we share the love of Jesus by participating in The Salvation Army Christmas Tree Angel program. Our team provides much needed and wanted Christmas gifts to children and senior adults.
